Founder of American Law Link Arya Ghadimi, Esq. built his career across a wide range of professional settings before creating a California legal referral network focused on connecting people with attorneys whose backgrounds fit their particular legal needs.
His experience has given him exposure to the legal profession from several perspectives. Arya has worked in criminal defense and mediation, served in the chambers of a bankruptcy judge, and worked for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He also spent time handling corporate matters at a leading law firm before moving in-house with a real estate company, where he served in both legal and management roles.
Arya’s academic background reflects the same interest in law, business, and finance. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Irvine School of Law in the top 12.5% of his class. While in law school, he participated in law review and moot court and received several Faculty and Dean’s Awards. He also received pro bono honors and served as a research fellow to a legal research and writing professor, a role that included assisting with classroom instruction.
Arya’s scholarly work includes the 2022 article, “Tulip or Gold? How the Securities and Exchange Commission Should Regulate Cryptocurrencies.”
Before attending law school, he graduated from UCLA with a degree in Business Economics and a minor in Accounting. He has also passed Level I of the CFA Program, reflecting additional training in finance and investment analysis.
That breadth is reflected in how Arya approaches attorney referrals. His background across distinct legal and business settings has given him an appreciation for how much can sit beneath a broad practice-area label.
